I have been writing a blog on this subject for a little while now. It concerns my mother. And it is a hard thing to deal with. Not only for my mother, but also for myself. I have no one to speak with, about this and it wears thin on me. And my mother is being abused by the home she is in and no matter how many times I speak with them and have meetings with them, Nothing changes.

As today, another meeting and they just went over the same issues as before and nothing was accomplished. Like the fact they crippled my mother and now can not use her left arm and is in a wheel chair.

I am spending all I have and it is not enough. I write a blog and ask for help, but to no avail. I do not receive help. I am disabled, due to car accidents and am in pain 24/7. yet I still go and visit mom everyday.

I am looking for more support.

In the case of my ‘mother-in-law” family has already been to local law enforcement, Adult Protective Services, Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Community Care Licensing, California’s Department of Justice’s Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud & Elder Abuse, State Attorney General, District Attorney, FBI, Probate Court, elected officials and attorneys. I don’t believe one more or ten more places to report elder abuse will make any difference.

My ‘mother-in-law’ was actually removed from her private residence that she shared with her significant other by her deceased husband’s closed Trust accountant and her terminated tax preparer when they kicked in the front door while the dead bolt was engaged. 911 was called. Responding law enforcement determined that “nothing out of the ordinary occurred” and that no crime was committed after the intruders agreed to pay the landlord $250 to repair the ‘accidental’ damage to the front door jam.

Approaching a year later and tens of thousands in legal bills and a written Court Order allowing family to visit the elder, the local law enforcement agency continues to threaten family with arrest for trespassing should they try to visit.

I’d like someone to explain how adding another layer to the existing bureaucracy will make a substantial difference.

At the same time this is going on those wealthy, greedy, uncaring, law breaking, underhanded, unethical, criminals who work on Wall Street, are raking in even bigger perks and many from tax payers. Not to mention the oil company bandits who pay not taxes. Is something wrong with this picture.
Do we have an unside down system. Uh…I think so.

So you greedy slime balls up there on Wall Street, take your pocket change out and help a few seniors plant a few vegetable so they can eat healthy.

Oh…..sorry I forgot….this is a capitalisitic system….some win……some loose.
Plus those people are old right?…I mean how much longer do they have?…so it they have to pay a few bucks extra what the hell…right?

Lets see …wasn’t there a huge movement somewhere recently that led to an entire government being overthrown? Yes…I believe so…and the top big issue?…there were the have’s and have not’s…much like we in this country have become….so I guess the have not’s here have not gotten pissed off enough yet………..but………look to Wisconson and you can see it comin your way.
